Delete Your HKGong Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your HKGong account and associated app data.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion in either of these ways:

1. Open the HKGong app, go to your account or settings area, and choose the delete account option.
2. Email us at privacy@hkgong.com from the email address linked to your HKGong account.

If you contact us by email, include the subject line HKGong account deletion request.

Data Deleted

When your account is deleted, HKGong deletes account information, profile data, app settings, learning progress, and other account-linked data stored for HKGong.

Data That May Be Retained

Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, subscription management, or dispute handling. Subscription and purchase records may also be processed by Google Play, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, or other payment providers according to their own policies.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after we receive and verify the request. Some retained records may be kept longer where required by law or legitimate operational needs.
